I understand there was no due process followed and absolutely no democratic input - but why would I be surprised when it is in the EU Region presided over by the utterly corrupt liar and fraud Derek Clark MEP who has so convincingly destroyed UKIP in the region with his drunken Regional Organiser and cronies.
